User Content

CraftAz allows users to upload and publish content, including product photos, listings, and store details. You remain responsible for the content you submit and must ensure you have rights to upload it. We process and display user content to operate the marketplace.

Buyers and sellers may communicate through external services, including WhatsApp or Instagram, at their own discretion. Communications on such third-party platforms are governed by the privacy practices and terms of those services.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We use analytics and diagnostics tools, including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, to understand platform usage, detect issues, monitor performance, and improve user experience.

CraftAz does not sell personal data.
